Transportation Assistance City of Las Cruces RoadRUNNER Transit bus rides and Dial-a-Ride will be fare-free until further notice –Please call Transit Customer Service at (575) 541-2500 for more information on routes.
 
Utilities- There will be no shutoffs of any utilities during the current coronavirus crisis.
 
Options to pay bills:
 
  • By phone 24-hours a day in English or Spanish: Call the toll-free number at 866-426-9757. There is no service fee when paying by debit or credit card.
  • Online Payments: On our City Utilities Website (www.las-cruces.org), click on “Pay Utility Bill Online” located at the bottom of the main page under “Quick Links.” This is also free of charge.
  • Drop off: your payment in the dropbox outside City Hall. It’s located between the Thomas Branigan Memorial Library and City Hall in the parking lot for car or walk-up drop off.
  • Mail-in your payment: City of Las Cruces Finance/Cashier P.O. Box 20000 Las Cruces NM 88004-900 Lastly, if customers or businesses have been affected by the crisis, there are several ways to work with utility payments, but customers must reach out for help at 575-541-2111 to find the best option, based on their exact situation. There is even a “promise to pay.”

Mental Health Services
 
Aggie Health and Wellness Centertelehealth services for appointment evaluation. Effective March 23, the center will utilize telehealth services for access to medical and counseling providers, laboratory and pharmacy services. Please call 575-646-1512 from 8 to 11:30 a.m. and 1 to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday to receive an appointment for telehealth screening. The appointment will then connect you with the triage nurse or on-call counselor via Zoom meeting invitation.
